The platform does the heavy lifting: it brings in your transactions, sorts them with AI, reconciles and walks you through the month-end close. You review and approve. We make software and support it; we don't provide accounting, tax or legal advice.

No. If you're on QuickBooks, Xero or FreshBooks, the platform connects to it and whoever keeps your books keeps working the same way. If you're on spreadsheets or have nothing yet, the platform can become your books, and bring in months of history.

No. It looks up every number in your books and shows where it came from. If the books can't answer, for example because some transactions are still waiting for your review, it says so instead of guessing.

No. The AI CFO reads your books; it never changes them. Nothing is recorded or sent without your OK, and automatic posting is off unless you turn it on.

Yes. It's encrypted, your bank connects through the same secure provider apps like Venmo use, it's never used to train AI models, and you can export or delete it at any time.

No. The platform keeps your numbers ready for whoever prepares your taxes, estimates what to set aside, and records payroll from the provider you already use, such as Gusto.

Yes. Getting started is a one-time onboarding fee that covers setting everything up, bringing in your last 3 months and 30 days on the whole platform. If it isn't for you, you stop there and owe nothing more; if it is, your monthly plan starts after the trial.

Yes, through Stripe: cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, for products, services, deposits or invoices. The money goes straight to your own Stripe account; Stripe charges its own small fee per payment.

Yes. The top tier adds secure sign-up and login, order history, bookings, memberships and recurring payments.

You do. We register it in your business's name and bill its yearly registration price. If you already own one, we connect it.

Hosting, security updates, backups, keeping the site fast, and small changes when you need them. Bigger additions are estimated separately.

The packages on the home page show starting prices. The assistant on this site gives you an estimate in two minutes. A fixed price comes after the call and the demo, and it doesn't change unless you change the scope.

You see an estimate and a quick demo within 3 days of the call. Small builds are live in 2 to 3 weeks, larger ones in 4 to 8.

A monthly fee keeps it running, secure and up to date, and gets you fixes and small improvements. New features are estimated separately, the same way as the first build.
