Every business is isolated at the database level, so no other client, and no other client's assistant, can ever see your data. It's encrypted, bank connections go through Plaid (the same provider Venmo and American Express use), it's never used to train AI models, and you can export or delete it at any time.
It only answers from your connected data and shows the numbers it used. When it can't answer from your books, it says so instead of guessing. The assistant on this website works the same way: its estimates come from a price table, not from the model.
